When receiving an order, it will take 5 business days to prepare the products prior to shipment.

We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

Note: Delays to delivery times may occur, espescially during December. We have absolutely no control over them. In such a case, patience is key.
Tracking
You’ll be able to track your package thanks to the tracking number that we’ll send you as soon as your package left our warehouse.
Tax & Cutom Duties
When purchasing products from us, the seller of those products is eTrament, a company based in the European Union, and you are the importer of record. If you are living in a non-EU country, as the importer of record, you shall pay import duties, taxes, and fees when the products arrive in your country/region according to the local regulations. Some countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, depending on the local regulations, you may have to pay taxes and/or custom duties before you receive the items in your order. eTrament cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us.
Please note that ALL import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility. eTrament is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.

Returns
We really hope you like our products! But if it doesn’t fit your expectations, please contact us at support@etrament.com within 14 days of receiving the package. We will take care of your request and provide any information you might need to return the product. Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery service that guarantees the value of the goods in our original eTrament shipping box. You’ll be refunded only when we receive the product, in the conditions as described in our terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or not as described or ordered, please contact us at support@etrament.com within 7 workings days of receiving the package.
